Refunds & Returns Policy

Order Cancellation

All orders are eligible for cancellation until they are shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to modify or cancel it, please contact us at support@juwas.com within 48 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has commenced, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Accordingly, you may request a refund for any defective products.

If you do not receive your product within the guaranteed timeframe (45 business days, excluding a 2-5 day processing period), you are entitled to request a refund or a reshipment. Similarly, if you receive the incorrect item, you may request a refund or a reshipment. If you are dissatisfied with the product received, you may request a refund, provided that you return the item at your own expense and the item remains unused.

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address).

  • Your order was delayed due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of Juwas (e.g., customs clearance issues, natural disasters).

  • Other extraordinary circumstances outside the control of Juwas.

*Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (45 days) has expired. You can submit your request by sending a message through the Contact Us page.

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product for any reason, such as for a different clothing size, please contact us first. We will guide you through the necessary steps.

Please refrain from returning your purchase to us unless we have explicitly authorised you to do so.
